Planning Board minutes for Thursday July 24, 2014
The meeting opened at 7:14 p.m.
Members present: Alan Salamon, Tom Sawyer, Larry Klein, Stephen Enoch, co-chair, Roger Tryon.
Members absent: Barry Karson, Maggie Leonard, co-chair.
No members of the public present.
Minutes from July 10th. Recommend removing “without and”
Minutes were approved as amended above.
Reminder of new member training session on July 31st
Special permit application for Ronald Barlow – hearing Notice for Wed Aug 20th
Discussion on if the changes are increasing the nonconformity and what is required.
Decision was deferred until the next meeting.

- Sandisfield public hearing notice for Aug 11, 2014 for a fuel station and convenience store on South Main St (Rt 8)
- Berkshire regional planning commission – each board should elect a delegate.
